(Los Angeles, CA) Next weekend, Dec 5, AutismSpeaks will be hosting their annual Los Angeles Walk at Dodger Stadium. Among celebrity activists like anchor Phillip Palmer of ABC7, David Isaacman, Star of Love on the Spectrum, and singer/songwriter Qwynn, local racecar driver Austin Varco will be speaking at the opening ceremony.

On vendor row, Varco will be hosting an abbreviated version of his program ‘Race for Autism’ at the Walk. The ‘Race for Autism’ program is intended to provide autistic individuals a chance to see racecars up-close in a sensory-friendly environment, fundraise for racetracks’ local autism charities, and allow autistic individuals to meet a real-life racecar driver just like them.
